A Hallowen Overview

We loved Halloween this year, especially the fun we had with friends in the ward. The Jones' invited us over to carve pumpkins and of course included an entire buffet of desserts to complete the evening. Apparently there are many degrees of pumpkin carving levels of expertise.

I carved a nerd and Enoch's masterpiece was a cat in prison, which looked awesome when lit.

We also found a crazy home along the Venice Canals which goes crazy for the holidays. Halloween inflatables covered the house, and talking figurines adorned every square inch of their lawn and patio. We can't wait to go back for Christmas

My apologies for the lack of blogging. I assure you I have been wanting to write for a while but taking the GRE, writing my statement of purpose, submitting graduate school applications, and writing other papers for school have consumed me for the past while (plus we don't have internet at home)
so here I am, the Mills are still surviving and thriving in crazy California, and I am counting the days until Christmas.
